→The peeling strength of the lithium battery electrode coating in the horizontal direction of 180° is measured by tensile load. The peeling load is 10N/0.01N, ≤± 0.5%.
→180° Peel strength test environment chamber ≤100 ° C.
→Test positive and negative electrodes coating 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25.4mm.
→180° peel strength test speed 0.01 ~ 500mm/min, 180° peel strength test displacement accuracy 0.01mm.
→Dry unidirectional tensile method: longitudinal tensile strength of diaphragm is ≥110MPa; transverse tensile strength of diaphragm is ≥10MPa; puncture strength of diaphragm is ≥1.33N/μm.
→Dry bidirectional tensile method: longitudinal tensile strength of diaphragm is ≥100MPa; transverse tensile strength of diaphragm is ≥25MPa; puncture strength of diaphragm is ≥1.33N/μm
→Wet bidirectional tensile method: longitudinal tensile strength of diaphragm wet bidirectional tensile method is ≥100MPa; transverse tensile strength of diaphragm is ≥60MPa;puncture strength of diaphragm is ≥2.04N/μm.
