→Used for determining the ability of metallic wire of diameter or thickness 0.1mm to 10mm inclusive, to undergo plastic deformation during wrapping.
→Used for testing the wrapping and unwrapping of steel wires with nominal diameters ranging from 0.1mm to 10.0mm, galvanized steel wires, copper and copper alloy contact wires, aluminum wires and their alloys, contact wires (electric vehicle wires), wires with non-standard cross-sections, metal materials, composite materials, etc.
→Used for 0.1~10.0mm galvanized layer adhesion test, splitting steel wire coating adhesion test, wrapping test of splitting steel wire toughness, wrapping and unwrapping bending performance inspection of steel wire.
→ The wrapping test consists of winding a wire to a specified number of turns around a mandrel of the diameter specified in the relevant standard to form a closely wrapped helix.
