→Tensile test, compression test, bending test, torsion resistance test, shear test and other mechanical property tests and research can be carried out on various metallic materials, non-metallic materials and composite materials under ambient temperature conditions.
→Tests are performed and test data are provided in accordance with GB as well as international standards including ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, BS and other specifications.
→Applicable test specimens cover thin sheets, plates, strips, foils, flat bars, wires, rods, profiles, pipes, slices, square specimens, round specimens, rectangular specimens, annular specimens, cast iron, non-ferrous cast alloys, pipe section samples, proportional specimens (with proportionality coefficient k=11.3 or 5.65), non-proportional specimens, full-wall-thickness longitudinal strip specimens, full-wall-thickness transverse strip specimens, rectangular cross-section specimens and circular cross-section specimens.
→Equipped with optional auxiliary fixtures, the equipment can implement tensile, compression and bending tests for a wide range of materials as follows: 1. Tensile, compression and bending tests for non-metallic materials and composite materials such as various rubbers, plastics and thin films. 2. Performance tests for metals, thin metal sheets, wires, fine filaments, fibers, elastomers and foamed materials. 3. Property testing for textiles, foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and biomaterials. 4. Pull-out, peeling and welding strength tests for electronic components. 5. Peeling resistance, bending strength and fastener performance tests for printed circuit boards. 6. Testing for non-metallic materials including wood products, paper goods and film samples. 7. Stress relaxation test and adhesive bonding strength test.

→It is configured with HRJ-Test measurement and control software of fully digital closed-loop, multi-channel, multi-function and easy operation, which supports various standard test methods including Chinese National Standard, British Standard, American Standard, German Standard, Australian Standard, Japanese Standard, Italian Standard, Russian Standard and European Standard, covering GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, BS and EN.
→The system realizes automatic control, data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage and display throughout the whole test process.
→It supports multiple control modes including automatic load holding, stress control, strain control, cyclic control and self-programming control. Intelligent configuration of control modes enables shock-free and smooth switching between different control methods with stable loading and unloading.
→It supports test process reproduction and secondary data analysis, curve zooming, comparison and traversal; curves can be scaled up and down freely with automatic full-scale calibration.
