The HRJ 1000kN / 200kN Pressure & Fatigue Testing System for Telecommunication Manhole Covers is developed for the bearing capacity test and dynamic fatigue performance research of non-pressure-bearing FRP telecommunication manhole covers, cast iron inspection manhole covers, steel fiber reinforced concrete inspection manhole covers, glass fiber reinforced plastic resin composite manhole covers, gutter grates and drain gratings.
The HRJ 1000kN / 200kN Pressure & Fatigue Testing System for Telecommunication Manhole Covers is applicable to A15 / B125 / C250 / D400 / E600 / F900 graded manhole covers, access hole covers, trench cover plates, drain gratings, drainage boards, steel gratings, grilles and their supporting frames. It can carry out bearing capacity test, crack load test, breaking load test, cyclic loading test, dynamic fatigue test, triangular wave alternating load fatigue test, residual deformation measurement, 360° full-range crack inspection and deflection detection for manhole covers.
This system completes bearing capacity test, crack load test, breaking load test, low-cycle cyclic loading dynamic fatigue test and triangular wave alternating load fatigue test for various inspection manhole covers, trench cover plates, access hole covers, drain gratings, drainage boards, steel gratings, grilles and frames. It supports residual deformation measurement in accordance with EN 124 for manhole covers and gully gratings, automatic deflection deformation measurement via HRJ dedicated module, as well as 360° panoramic camera scanning & crack detection system for manhole covers.
