This machine is designed for safety factor inspection of flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC, ton bags, bulk bags), including top lifting test, cyclic hoisting test, compression test and tear propagation test. It conducts mechanical performance testing and research on flexible plastic containers and FIBCs with a volume of 0.5 ~ 2.3 m³ and a load capacity ranging from 500 kg to 3000 kg.
Safety factor inspection for FIBC bulk bags: top lifting test (maximum bearing capacity/rated load, 6 times load, constant load holding time ≥5 min); cyclic lifting test for FIBC bulk bags: apply 2 times rated load, perform repeated lifting for 70 cycles for limited-service bags and 30 cycles for single-use bags, inspect the bag body, contents and connecting parts for abnormalities and damage, with no defects regarded as test pass; compression test for FIBC bulk bags: fully fill the bag with simulated contents, apply 4 times safe working load and maintain constant pressure for no less than 8 hours, the bag is deemed qualified if no content overflow and no bag damage occurs.
