1. Introduction
→Wire-simple torsion test (wire rotates for 360° around self-axes in one direction until it rotate for specified times or wire breaks)
→Wire-reverse torsion test (wire rotates for 360° around self-axes in one direction until it rotate for specified times and then rotate in reverse direction for same times or wire breaks)
→Used in simple or reverse torsion test for metal wires, bimetal wire, composites, bare wire, etc.
→Used to determine the plastic deformation capacity during simple torsion and reverse torsion and check the surface and internal defects of wires.
→Used to check the form of fracture and defects (flat, ladder type, oblique, fan shaped, with crack, with shrinkage hole, etc.)
→Used in simple torsion for metal wire, copper wire, aluminum wire and its alloy, composite materials, with wire diameter 1.0-14.0mm.
→Used in reverse torsion for metal wire, copper wire, aluminum wire and its alloy, irregular section conductor (contact wire). with wire diameter 1.0-10.0mm.
