Function

→Used in cyclic top lift test, load test,dropping test to check whether there is content overflow,damage between container body and connection area,by which to determine whether container is qualified.

→Cyclic top lift test (2 times test load,as for limited bag, 70 times top lift test.as for disposable bag, 30 times top lift test), load test (4 times load), automatically complete 70 times or 30 times cyclic load test, load hold time not less than 8 hours.

→Vertical dropping test: lift container with full load up about 0.8m above the ground and then drop it onto the solid,rigid,smooth ground. If there is no damage,it is qualified.

→Security coefficient check: top lift test (max.bearing/rated load, 6 times load,constant loading period ≥5min.

→Automatic control,data acquisition, processiong,analysis,qualified judgment, output of test curves and report.

→Used in property of square or circle containers, flexible container, volume(0.5-2.3)m³,load(500-3000)kg.
